Willow Counselling Service offers appointments over Zoom, by phone or face to face, in a confidential setting where privacy and sensitivity are prioritised. Our first meeting is an opportunity to welcome you and allow you to experience how we might work together going forwards. It is also an opportunity to ascertain if this service is right for you, taking into account your needs and reasons for seeking counselling at this time in your life.
Each session lasts for one hour and costs 60 euros per session. Fees are negotiable under certain circumstances. It is very important that you attend your arranged appointments. If you need to cancel please allow 24 hours’ notice. If you do not give 24 hours’ notice you will have to pay your regular fee for the missed appointment.
When coming for counselling people can be assured of confidentiality which means that what is said in the counselling room stays in the counselling room between you and your counsellor.
There are certain occasions when exceptions to the availability of confidentiality have to be implemented. Such occasions are:
• If children, or other vulnerable members of society are in danger and this has not been reported.
• If you are a danger to yourself or others.
• Unreported child abuse where the abuser is still alive.
• Involvement in criminal activity.

Please be aware that I may not be able to respond to your call or email immediately as I may be in a session and messages and emails will only be picked up on an irregular basis throughout the day. However I will respond as soon as possible and usually within a 48 hour period.
